Our goal is to develop lifetime relationships with our franchisees by providing the highest quality service and products. To receive your franchise information package and take the next step to become an OXXO Care Cleaners® franchisee – simply fill out the application – and we will contact you as soon as possible.
What happens after I sign the Franchise Agreement?
The first step to owning any franchise is reviewing and signing the UFOC (Uniform Franchise Offering Circular). Then, once you have signed your franchise agreement and made financial arrangements with our management team, the process of owning your own OXXO Care Cleaners® begins. Listed below is a reasonable timeline of next steps. Every situation is unique however and timelines may vary.
- 3-6 months prior to Grand Opening:
- Orientation with OXXO Care Cleaners® leadership team
- Financing arrangements
- Site selection
- Negotiation of lease and tenant improvements
- Your OXXO Care Cleaners® should be located where the strongest demand for services exists. We provide site selection guidance and site approval, but encourage you to contact local commercial real estate agents and your local chapter of the Small Business Administration (SBA) for additional assistance.
Three months prior to opening:
- Custom store design plans
- Layout and assistance for your architect
- Permits
Two months prior to opening:
- Store build-out
- Installation of new state-of-the-art equipment
- Comprehensive training (plant operation, processing, spotting, pressing, packaging, equipment operation; maintenance and care, marketing, systems operation)
- Ordering of supplies
One month prior to opening:
- Commence advertising and public relations
- Employee training
- Join local Chambers of Commerce and other business groups of interest, including local environmental organizations
- Ordering of supplies
Grand Opening:
- Ongoing support and total commitment to the success of your franchise!

OXXO Care Cleaners is the only boutique-style garment care cleaners that uses the most technologically advanced equipment, environmentally safe cleansers and offer unequaled customer conveniences like 24-hour ATM styles pick-up, hand ironing. Presently, OXXO Care Cleaners has locations in the United States, Latin America, Europe as well as the Caribbean.
